Shipping Policy

Goodform products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner, Printful. Because each item is produced just for you, total delivery time is made up of two stages: fulfilment (production) and shipping (transit).

How delivery time works

Your total estimated delivery time is:

Fulfilment time + Shipping time

  • Fulfilment (production): typically 2–7 business days. Most apparel items are produced and ready to ship within this window.
  • Shipping (transit): varies by destination — see the estimates below.
The times below are estimates provided by Printful, not guarantees. They are calculated from the day an order ships, not the day it is placed, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, and peak seasons.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart. A flat rate applies to the first item in each product category, with a smaller additional rate for each extra item in that category. The exact total is shown before you pay.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, a tracking number is generated and a shipping confirmation email is sent to you. You can also track an order anytime from the Track Order page, or under My Orders if you have an account.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Goodform has no control over them and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect addresses & failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to our print partner because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at and we will work with Printful and the carrier to resolve it.
