How should I care for my items?

Each item has its own care instructions printed on the label — please follow those for the best results. As a general guide: machine wash cold inside out, do not bleach, tumble dry low, and warm iron if needed.

I'm unsure about which size I should pick

To minimise mistakes, each item's exact measurements (length, width, sleeve) are listed under Details on its product page. Compare them with a garment you already own to find your best fit. Still unsure? Email us at before ordering and we'll help.

Will sold out items be restocked?

Because our pieces are made to order, most styles don't sell out in the traditional sense. Limited collection drops may not return once retired — contact us to ask about a specific piece.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Every Goodform item is printed and produced just for you by our fulfilment partner, Printful. This keeps quality high and waste low, but it means orders take a little longer than off-the-shelf items.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Total time = fulfilment (2–7 business days) + shipping. Shipping time depends on your region — for example, 3–5 business days in the US and 10–20+ for some international destinations. See our Shipping Policy for full estimates.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track anytime on the Track Order page, or under My Orders if you have an account.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to many countries worldwide. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes set by your country.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. See Payment Methods for details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Possibly — but only before it enters production, which can begin shortly after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible at and we'll do our best.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?

We're sorry! You're covered. Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue via the Request a Refund page, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy.

Can I return an item if I changed my mind?

Because items are made to order, we generally can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong-size orders. Please use the size guide before purchasing. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always covered.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and view your order history. You can sign up here.
