Information we collect
We collect the following information directly from you:
- Account details: your name, username, email address, and a securely hashed password.
- Order & shipping details: recipient name, shipping address, billing address, and contact email.
- Order history: the products, variants, and quantities you purchase.
- Communications: messages you send us, e.g. support or refund requests.
Payment information
We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, or expiry date. All card data is handled directly by Stripe. We only retain a Stripe payment reference (used to match your order to its payment and to issue refunds) and the order total.
What our partners receive
Goodform relies on a small set of trusted service providers (sub-processors) to operate. Each receives only the information required to perform its function:

We share your information with these partners only to fulfil your order and run our store. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
