Payment Methods
All payments on Goodform are processed securely through Stripe, a globally trusted payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
What we accept
Goodform accepts the following payment methods at checkout:
- Credit & debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB
- Apple Pay — on supported Apple devices and browsers
- Google Pay — on supported Android devices and browsers
Currency
All prices and charges on Goodform are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank will convert the amount at their exchange rate, and a foreign transaction fee may apply depending on your provider.
Discount & promotion codes
If you have a valid promotion code, you can enter it during checkout to apply your discount before payment.
Payment security
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, which is certified to the highest level of payment security (PCI DSS Level 1). Your card information is sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and is never stored on Goodform's servers. We only retain a payment reference that lets us match your order to your payment and process refunds when needed.
When you are charged
Your payment method is charged at the moment you complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful and your order has been created.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, no order is created and you will not be charged. Declines are usually caused by your bank, insufficient funds, or incorrect card details. Please check with your card issuer if a payment repeatedly fails, or try an alternative method.
