Refund & Returns Policy

Every Goodform item is printed and made to order by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Because products are produced specifically for you, our refund policy follows Printful's returns guidelines for print-on-demand items.

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 30 days if there is any problem. Claims made after this window may not be eligible.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered (wrong item, wrong size from what was ordered, or a misprint), you are entitled to a free replacement or a refund. To make a claim we need:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue (the defect, damage, or incorrect item)
  • A short description of the problem

Submit your request through the Request a Refund page or email . Once verified with Printful, we will arrange a reprint or refund at no extra cost to you.

Buyer's remorse & wrong size ordered

Because items are made on demand, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse — for example, ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or not liking the fit. Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure, contact us before purchasing and we'll help.

Wrong or incomplete shipping address

If an order is returned because the address you provided was incorrect or incomplete, it can be reshipped, but you may be responsible for the reshipping cost. Orders that are unclaimed at the carrier and returned may also be subject to a reshipping fee.

Order cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they enter production. Because fulfilment often begins shortly after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at if you need to cancel — we cannot guarantee a cancellation once an item is in production.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Once processed, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirming the outcome of your refund request.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to the Request a Refund page.
  2. Enter your order number and the email used for the order.
  3. Describe the reason and attach photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  4. Submit — our team will review and respond by email.
